About

A bit of background

I'm a Junior Lecturer in Informatics at Namibia University of Science and Technology(NUST) and an AI for Climate Resilience Research Fellow at the Africa Research and Impact Network (ARIN).

My professional experience spans academia, international development, banking and software engineering with roles in Sub-Saharan Africa and international collaborations. My MSc research led to the development of a mobile application addressing cyberviolence, which was launched at ministerial level and received national media recognition.

The main drive is to use technology to solve problems that matter, and contribute to SDG-aligned work.
